they were overwhelmed and older loans used different departments, so Building B used temps/ may be even a different company to deal with these and messed it all up, so newer complaints which go though pretty quick are all done in house like the cc complaints ;)

    Hi marksman,
I had an offer letter dated 21.10.2011, interest calculated up until 15.11.2011. So far I had no other letter yet. Does that mean I am getting a new calculated letter and have to wait until the new year for payment?
    Thanks
    Dannii

Don't know what you mean, I sent my complain in June to Lloyds and received my offer letter end of October (dated 21.10.2011). Really need the money and can't wait another 2-3 month for it.

Well, interest been calculated up to 15.11. That day has well and truely passed now. So I should be getting a new calculation letter. I am just fed up with the wait. I will wait until the end of next week and call them the Monday after if I haven't received a new offer letter.
