    Circa £5k, 70+ working days!
  • Just finished on the phone with the clowns at customer services. Apparently I have been 'escalated to senior management'. Sounds good if I'd not been escalated 3 times before. They couldn't put me on to anyone higher up the food chain and if they did I would be told the same. She also said that there is a new department which will be dealing with old cases like mine, (calcs letter, 12th Sept). What's the betting I'd be told something completely different if I phoned again.
  • still no money but maybe light at the end of the tunnel ???
been told by customer service that work has started, I can see this as the amount have changed on my loan acc online (loan is still live) and also the payment amount for dd has changed they have told me I should have bacs paymt within 7 days !!!

Anybody else had this I'm not holding my breath ;)

  • Well done to all those who've received their payments :o)

81 days and still waiting !!

    Claim made 6th May
    Offer letter dated 22nd August
Offer letter with calculations dated 16th September - interest up to 13th October
Recalculation letter dated 19th November - additional 4 weeks interest so up to mid November & stating payment within 21 days (NOT 21 working days) - deadline Friday 9th December
Still no payment as of today - 81 days after the original letter, 18 days after recalculation letter.
Oh, and my refund is for £8.7k (from 5 loans) and although I have current loan, there is no PPI attached to it

Emailed various people that I found names on this website, including I.H, A.B and A.H-O plus also included A.H-O's stand-in T.T and new replacement D.R as well as Sir W.B.

Received an email yesterday afternoon from I.H's PA (from his email address, on behalf of him) - she'd emailed all A.B and PPI customer relations asking for my refund to be expedited asap.

Has anyone else received this same email or is it just another standard response and I'm getting my hopes up for nothing ?

sorry don't wish to rain on your parade but I had a letter dated 16th Sept saying my open loan had been recalculated and the amount adjusted then but still not had any payment. Mind you they seem to be moving a little bit on these now. Good luck:T

I don't get a reply from I.H. or A.B. apart of a standard reply that I will get a letter in 10 days. This has now passed.

Can you provide me with the e-mail address you contacted.

    thanks & good luck

It's all very frustrating! I think it's about time LloydsTSB realises what climate we are living. People are struggling to make a living! Yet managers are still receiving big bonuses. Bonuses for what? Great customer service? Satisfied customers? Completed transactions?

Sorry that was a standard response that many of us have received. Your timelines are very similiar to mine except I never had recalc letter. been told today that was sent out on 2nd Dec - not received it with interest til 30th Dec.
