Second of my LLoyds refunds in the bank today, so all my business with them now concluded. Both comapliants went in early September, and offer letters last week, and both monies transferred this week. Can't quibble with their approach to my complaint really, so sorry to hear about the hassles everyone else are facing.

So that comfirms it then that there is no queue system then?
Payments are not done in complaint order... just totally at random!

I have complaints that went in during May and August, with calculation letters sent out in Sept/Oct/Nov.

Some money (about £10K) came through at the end of November.
Still waiting for the other £20K

Just got off the phone to them...obviously will send letter to reclaim phone bill costs as well.. But was told that wait 28 days then your call again and your name will be put on a magic spreadsheet for escalation...whatever that means!
  • Despite my promise by AB of payment on Friday 02nd December, my ranting to customer care this morning has hopefully uncovered some results today. The operator said she had never seen so much activity on a case. When I said that would be thanks to the numerous phone calls I've made and emails I've sent she confirmed that the activity surrounded a number of internal chases for my payment to be made.

Apparently my BACs payment (along with a number of other peoples) was actioned on Thursday 01st December. If it takes 3 working days to reach the recipients account I make that tomorrow, so I'm hoping to see something happen at midnight tonight.

Here's hoping you guys are in the same batch as me and we can all have a magical Wednesday! :j

  • They can stick my repayment to the bottom of the pile for all I care - I just wish these idiots would restructure my loan so that I am not still paying this bloody PPI!!!!!!

I am the same as you Loopyloo1. I received my original offer letter around the same time as you and haven't heard anything since. When I spoke to the call centre the other day, I was told a recalculation letter had been sent. I have just checked my bank account and I have no repayment, but I am not surprised about that. I haven't received my letter either.

When I spoke to Lloyds the other day about something different, they had the cheek to ask me if I wanted to upgrade my account to a Platinum. Needless to say my response was no and then proceeded to tell them why. I gather I am not the only one who has refused an upgrade due to the way the PPI people have treated Lloyds account holders.
