    ...... :D

This is a special address/postcode specifically for LTSB, no geographical link to it at all. LTSB PPI H.O. is in Newport, Wales.

    As for me:
Working day 95 from offer letter.
    Week No:18
No magic Wednesday for me either.
Given up phoning them to be told nothing, just waiting now, NOT holding my breath!!!!

I Hallet has said its going in this friday, why dont i believe him!!!!!!!
  • Wow the people at the don't care line are getting ruder and ruder! Whilst asking questions in relation to my claim I was told "U can stay on this call as long as u like. I'll just keep making notes on your account.

Been told not to expect my re cals letter this YEAR!

Just phoned the financial ombudsman who advised against making a complaint as it actually slows down the process!

I honestly don't know what to do now. I feel like I'm banging my head off a brick wall. Anyone got any advice on what to do next please?
  • ok so im new on here
sent my complaint in at around end of June
    offer made 20th Oct 2011
    recalcs letter sent 28th Nov
I have made phone calls most weeks fobbed off each time. I have even rung twice in the same day to be told 2 different things. I know I havent been waiting as long as some of you guys but seriously 7wks waiting is a joke. I currently have no loans with LTSB so its just a simple case of they need to put the money in my account. Guess its just a case of crossing my fingers an hoping its this side of christmas like the rest of you.

The offer date is a week after mine and I have got no recalcs letter as of yet. Chasing them a couple of times a week but getting absolutley nowhere. A work mate has a complaint on the go and he was told late FEB 2012 will be the earliest he will see a refund.
His offer letter was august 18th:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Unbelievable!!!!
  • My offer was on 12th September 2011 and I 've had no sign of a refund of a re-calcs letter. I've accepted it's not gonna be before xmas so we'll have to do without it. Shouldn't have to be like this though. If I ran my business as bad as they run LTSB I reckon we'd be bankrupt by Friday. Losers!
