I don't get a reply from I.H. or A.B. apart of a standard reply that I will get a letter in 10 days. This has now passed.

Can you provide me with the e-mail address you contacted.

    thanks & good luck

I'll PM you the email addresses when I get a minute (at work at moment ;) )

Sorry that was a standard response that many of us have received. Your timelines are very similiar to mine except I never had recalc letter. been told today that was sent out on 2nd Dec - not received it with interest til 30th Dec.
    :(

Oh, that's disappointing !! I've had the standard response from A.B but this one looked more "genuine" ??!! It came from I.H's PA and had her signature at bottom of email with her direct phone number on it........
....I'm tempted to call that number ;)

It's so frustrating....my other half works for LloydsTSB and can't believe how much I'm being fobbed off - unfortunately he doesn't work in any connected departments so can't even advise me how to go about escalating it any further than I already have tried :(

You've been given a direct line telephone number so call it and see if it is a personal response!!

I would call the number. I got a copy of the same e-mail on a response from A.B. saying thank you..blah blah....acknowledgement letter in 10 working days...blah blah. So I would definitely call the number as I didn't get that! Good luck!:D

  • Second of my LLoyds refunds in the bank today, so all my business with them now concluded. Both comapliants went in early September, and offer letters last week, and both monies transferred this week. Can't quibble with their approach to my complaint really, so sorry to hear about the hassles everyone else are facing.
