Well NO PAYMENT. I should now be on my way to London to be by my mothers bedside but because Lloyds still have my money I can't be there. I had arranged carer cover for my husband who is disabled so that I could go and now have had to cancel everything, to say I am furious and broken hearted is an understatement, They are even ignoring my MP, WHY????

im really sorry for the situation you are in....i know it does not help you or get you your money so you can be with your mum, i hope the op goes well xxx

Just had a reply from my MP offering to make a call on my behalf - rather impressed at their fast response. Lets hope it achieves some movement.
