Well another load of LIES, on Wednesday I phoned and spoke to call centre, Julie Roberts, and was promised that I would receive payment by CHAPS by close of Business on FRIDAY 2 November or at the latest AM this Morning, Phoned today at 2.45 and asked to speak to Manager Philip Maclan who I spoke to on 24 November as usual could not speak to him so the call centre operative Jonathan Gill told me that everything was clear for my payment by CHAPS, he said he would e-mail payment dept and I would be paid within 3 hours, but guess what ???? NO PAYMENT so because of Lloyds I cannot be close by my mother when she has a very serious operation tomorrow, If the result of this operation is not as hoped for Lloyds will look really bad in the national press.

I know the liers are probably censoring the posts on here but I am so furious and want to show the horrible spiteful thieves up.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Well NO PAYMENT. I should now be on my way to London to be by my mothers bedside but because Lloyds still have my money I can't be there. I had arranged carer cover for my husband who is disabled so that I could go and now have had to cancel everything, to say I am furious and broken hearted is an understatement, They are even ignoring my MP, WHY????

  • Just had a reply from my MP offering to make a call on my behalf - rather impressed at their fast response. Lets hope it achieves some movement.

They'll just tell him some nonsense about data protection I suspect. Unless he has A.B or I.H direct dial?
