Yes I have heard it all before. I just want some results. I don't think Lloyd has any idea how frustrated we are. All this is just not right but I remain positive.

well today ive had enough so i email my local MP and he phoned me back and i hes writing a letter to them for me and has also contacted trading standerds on my behalf and they to are sending a letter for me to see what is taking so long, i am also going to the papers on thursday as this lloyds lot are very ignorant they erent even replying to my emails so ive had enough. :eek::eek::eek:0

OK, so after being told payment has been actioned at the start of last week and all we are waiting on is the 5 working day delay for BACS between LLoyds and LLoyds (!) nothing appeared on Friday, worst case scenario I was told was end of the day Monday. You guessed it, nothing happened Monday either.
Called in and got to speak to a manager in detail, was told there were no reasons that I have not been paid and that I would get a call back if there were going to be any problems... no call back so I'm expecting the money with me some point today, right? we'll see...
I'm hoping we're back Wednesday being the special day, today would be better though.
Not very impressed at being lied to a number of times last week by different people, its almost as if Lloyds does not want us as customers- I've been with them must be around 17 years, and earnt them a pretty penny in that time with loans / cc / overdraft and so on.
In short, 54th working day since offer letter, no recalc letter and more importantly NO MONEY!0 -

no magic tuesday, then again we are ONLY at working day 42 since offer letter! my OH is in hospital again, and we can't afford the TV in his room, nor do I really have the money to visit him since we had to sell our old car... then again, at least I don't have a sick child or mother with a major OP, really feel sorry forr those two, and you would think that someone at Lloyds would have a heart
As I said before, I know when I worked at RBS I pulled a few strings and made things possible that others said can't happen, so when will Karma kick in and that someone at Lloyds deal with one of us and make something possible?! sorry for my morning rant

Got the cash thank the lord its nearly been a nervous breakdown. Keep phoning and emailling you need to fight hard to get noticed.
