great news for you but what also confuses and really really really irritates me is how come some people are recieving responses and promises, albiet alot of the time they are false promises but still you have a response.....i have not had a response from him as many many others have not....continuity is obvsiously not their thing!

I have no idea and i totally agree as to how unfair it is!!! I sent alot of emails to.various addresses and lots to him before he did respond!!!

sorry for whinging everyone - there are lots of people who put claims in well before I got my acceptance on aug 30th. Just want to get out of this cycle of bank charges. Tks for the positivity marksman :)

Don't apologise for whinging. I think this is the best place for it. I use this place for a good old whinge. It's satisfying in a selfish way that there are others who know how you feel because they are in exactly the same position :)

I haven't had a reply from *. All I had was an automated reply signed by * with a promise a acknowledgement letter will come in 10 working day. I have sent another email. This is a disgrace! I've been a loyal customer and never missed or delayed a payment. I can't believe people with November offer letters are already getting their money while we still have to wait.
What do we need to do to get our money back? Demonstrate in front of the office? I just want what is owed to me.
