  • Offer letter 18th November, refund in my Lloyds account this morning. Had readied myself for a long wait, so very pleased.

I am very pleased for you, however, this just goes to show they are not paying out in any particular order. Yesterday was week 10 for me and still no recalculation letters, no response to my emails or any sensible explanation as to when I can expect my refunds.

I am led to believe that people submitting claims after October are processed in a normal time frame. It's only those in the "backlog" that are being !!!!ed around daily, heaven forbid they should treat us as a priority.

A heads up guys, I am led to believe MSE will be doing another story hopefully today! Can't wait to see what Lloyds have to say for themselves this time

Phil, not ignoring you but no idea I'm afraid.

Personally I've had enough now, I'm going to compose an email/letter tonight to Mr Hallet explaining in great detail the constant lies and battles to get information. I'm not going to ask him to pay us instantly, just an explanation of what the hell is going on with the company and for an HONEST timescale and indication of where we sit in the system. It's not much to ask is it?

good luck with that. I e-mailed him doing exactly the same at the beginning of the week, got a standard reply in 10 days response from Ms Barry after she had the "please expidite" mail from Mr Hallets PA to which she got a very strongly worded response from me copied in to Mr Hallet, since then - NOTHING!

Great to see some have been paid today - we are all a little bit closer I guess or hope!:D

I have been paid today, magic Friday for me. About time too, calc letter 8th August. It really makes me cross that people with calc letters of Nov are being paid when us lot from way back when are fighting really hard for the money they stole from us in the first place. Keep fighting guys and gals

control freak.... bacs clears as it goes into the next day, not in the middle of the day unless it's the same bank. It takes 3 working days to clear

As I understand it if the BACS is being paid into a different bank then it can take up to four working days. If it is being paid into the same bank i.e. LTSB it should appear as a faster payment and could take up to 2 hours so in theory could be any time of day depending when they press the magic button.

Well done and congratulations on getting your payment, there is hope for us all and good luck with the house move.

oh yeah this is true indeed :) however, if you're lloyds then probably still takes them 10 working days.

Thanks, talk about skin of my teeth though without the money I wouldn't be able to afford to move eep.
