Just phoned the helpline and heard a new explanation! Its coming to an end now and i should receive the payment shortly but she can't give me a specific date or timeline. She asked me if i am checking my account. Is she serious?
Also asked to be passed to a manager. He said he is horrified with the delay but can't give me a timeline either. He will pass it it on to the team.
I worked in Finance myself and know all the tricks how to delay a payment and how to fob of a customer. They are working with the same book.

I am going to email and email like the devil untill there is a result. I will go to the top of the tree tomorrow then email MP enough is enough. :mad: And yes the call centre is all different information all of the time:mad:

You`ve been waiting same amount of time as me. Got a friend who applied for claim same time as me & noticed the refund paid into her account a month ago. I now check my account several times a day.

I raised a complaint 2 months after my own for my sister in law. Who recieved £2000 this morning. Just don't get what is going on. I called this morning to be told again "We dont know, there is no one in the complany who can tell you and team leaders will not come to the phone". I then asked for the email address for the CEO to be told "He is off with Stress and has been for over 2 months". What are you joking try waiting for your money and having to call 3 times a week.

Hi folks

Called the call centre for the third time apparently I am to receive new recalculation letters, now how can it not be that they know the new amount so just dump in into my BACS and send the letter later does that make sense? However when my husband called his PPI is getting sent by high priority now that suggests to me that is hitting the red button on an email. No straight answers on when this will be paid would it not make sense the ones who are complaining like banshies and who have accepted the offer just to hit the magic button. A team of guys who do that for a living only or am I just being to sensible or am I slowly going round the bend.

I will be emailling and calling like a mad woman tomorrow once again I am glad it is a free phone number for me :mad:
