You`ve been waiting same amount of time as me. Got a friend who applied for claim same time as me & noticed the refund paid into her account a month ago. I now check my account several times a day.

I raised a complaint 2 months after my own for my sister in law. Who recieved £2000 this morning. Just don't get what is going on. I called this morning to be told again "We dont know, there is no one in the complany who can tell you and team leaders will not come to the phone". I then asked for the email address for the CEO to be told "He is off with Stress and has been for over 2 months". What are you joking try waiting for your money and having to call 3 times a week.[/QUOTE]
I think everybody on this forum is under terrible stress. They created their own stress by being incompetant

control freak.... bacs clears as it goes into the next day, not in the middle of the day unless it's the same bank. It takes 3 working days to clear

In that case I'm hoping for a result in about 45 mins! :)
