    I didn't tell Lloyds that I was going to the paper. They might have read it on here, but I didn't explicitly tell them for fear that they might never pay me.:(

    Well, never let the truth get in the way of a good story is what the papers say....!

    Something else I keep forgetting;

    we know lloyds have outsourced to Deloitte. Well, in my experience when you outsource/bring in contractors they impose various rules etc as part of the service level agreement and all that crap.

    What's the betting they have a limit of say, 100 cases per day from the backlog to deal with. Face it it's not in Deloittes interest to rattle through the backlog asap, why do that when you can bleed Lloyds and make it go on and on and on? No use for us poor idiots though obviously.

    Well decided I wanted to hear a fairy story again so I decided to call the no helpline. Well, as I suspected - no progress on chasing my claim. e-mail apparently sent to refund dept on 24th Nov but no response - what a surprise!

    Oh and the young lady asked if I had been given any other figures for additional interest due to the wait, I told her no, she said she would do that today, so they haven't even looked at recalulating the interest never mind paying it! She assured me that this would not delay it any further oh and guess what they apparently are getting lots and lots of calls from happy customers querying why they have been paid more than expected as they were paid before they got letters with the recalulated interest ! Yeah right, lots of happy customers!!!!!!!

    So my fairy story once again did not have a happy ending! Ah well I know it's not going to be this week.

    What I can't get my head around is thatthey all seem to be checking different systems as none of them seem to know or understand what spreadsheets/letters/notes are being looked at and quoted from by their colleagues. Do they each keep their own I wonder! beats me.

    Absolutely, from my experience with outsourcing/contracting the service level always drops to keep the cost of using the contractor low. It wouldn't surprise me if you aren't right about the limit. Mind you that doesn,t explain why they are settling the claims out of date order.:mad:

    Hi All
    I have now been waiting nearly two weeks for a call back from LLoyds. Sent them 3 email's and no one has even bothered to call me. Gave up chasing them was getting to the point were I may say something I regret. Now been waiting 125 days for my money. If I didn't pay my loan for that long they would of had me in court by now. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: I'm starting to think I may have to get legal help with this one as I cant even get hold of anyone there who can give me an answer. Well a really answer not bull s**t

    Seems the email addresses keep disappearing from this post, maybe they don't want to be emailed. He's got a linked in account though, so not really that hidden away.

  • I missed my daily call today as I am working nights this week, so I emailed instead this morning.

    Pointed out to Mr Hallett that they hadn't even had the common courtesy to reply to my previous communications, or to respond to my MP who has also written to them..... It took a full working day but I did get 3 replies!!

    Don't get excited though!, the first was a CC which contained a one liner from Mr Hallett's PA requesting my situation be expedited... Which was sent to the "executive complaints" email, which promptly attached the standard "robot" reply that my concerns would be acknowledged within ten working days..... The second email was an attempt to recall the first, the third email was the same as the first but without the automatic signature details or Mr Hallett's PA.......

    So far from addressing the problem and simply issuing my funds I am now back into the cycle of complaints which, no doubt, will delay my payment even longer.... As in the world of Lloyds TSB we all know the truth should be "did we say working days? Sorry about that, it's actually working MONTHS".......

    I DON'T WANT ANOTHER COMPLAINT TAKING TEN MORE DAYS!! just pleeeeaaaaase give me my money!!! It ain't difficult!!!! :(:(:(:(:(:(
