I e-mailed him and Amanda Barry weeks ago, I have never had a reply, to busy drinking tea and laughing at us lot wanting our money back!!!0 -
Yes I e-mail Ms Barry several times starting weeks back and only got 1 standard response saying she would look into my claim - nothing since. I did the same as Kerri and outlined my dissappointment, dissatisfaction and loss of confidence in both Ms Barry and their whole system in the hope that he might listen and act.
Fat chance!!!:rotfl:0 -
FSA just called me, I need to write to the Ombudsman about the way complaints are being handled as the FSA only look at trends. I think we should all do this. If enough of us complain about how we are being treated then surely they must have to do something about it. 17 weeks and counting is completely unacceptable.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

The problem with their being an article in the times/online is that you have to pay to visit their website! So I suspect most of us won't get to see it - this also surely reduces the exposure?
It needs another paper with a free website to take it up too

Have you had the 2nd recals letter yet out of interest?
On a side note; No Money. No Letter. As for help? Well, according to the customer services people (teehee) "everything that needs to be done to get you paid has been done" but no pay? No recalc letter sent out 6 weeks ago now, no apology letter. Nothing since early September except lies and excuses!0 -
Absolutely no action whatsoever.
No payment
No response to last 5 e-mails
No re-calc letter
Nada!
Can't even be bothered to ring them today just to hear same old same old.:(0 -

Sounds like lloyds are running scared. I hope you still get interviewed by The Times, the story is a fantastic example of the shambolic way Lloyds are handling PPI repayments. Wonder if The Times will ask Andrea for a comment on why she lied to your MP?
I'd let your MP know the score and how its taken you to "go to The Times" to get a meaningful response.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:
