I'm not paying them to chase my complaint. They've changed their telephone system which is really annoying.

My weekly Monday call has just resulted in the woman on the phone telling me she's sent an email and got her manager to have a look into why I haven't been paid when Andrea wrote to my MP to say the money was transferred on the 22nd.
So, working day since calc letter 81 tomorrow then. Nothing showing in lloyds or hsbc a/c's

If you use https://www.saynoto0870.com then you can find the free numbers there. I call from a mobile so always use a local number to only use my minutes.

  • We got our cheque last week and got our breakdown letter this morning. It gives figure for refund of premiums, refund of interest figure and then a figure for 8% interest. The thing is we think it looks very low. I know that sounds greedy but even if they only go back 6 yrs the figure for premiums averages at £13 a month. We regularly paid 30. There was a short period where it was clear but not long enough to give an average of £13. the fact that 8% interest is only £39 would confirm that. Any ideas folks? Can we ask for any more info, like a list of preiums paid? Can i SAr for that or by time i get the info back will it be too late to go back to them??

Yet another week of hoping, watching for the postman, checking my bank account and yes bitter dissappointment again.

I wonder if anyone has considered contacting Nicky Campbell on Radio 5 live. I know whatchdog don't seem to have shown much interest.
  • Hi
Just got a letter saying , during a review of my case, they noticed I have not been paid yet. Well spotted Lloyds, without your help I would never have noticed that you have owed me £13,500 for over 3 months.

They are going to send me a 3rd Calcs letter. If I had £1 for every letter .......
