Just discovered that my daughter who claimed long after me (about August time) has had offer letter today. A source from within the bank (different department) has said that payment should be pretty soon as she is seeing people that have received their payments just a couple of weeks after receiving the offer letter. GRRRRRR

I am just waiting to see now when my daughter will get paid, if it is before me I'm afraid it will be no more mr nice guy!

esoog, If you want to be annoyed about some light-hearted humour then more fool you. The whole reason for throwing in comments about jenga, twister, monopoly and whos turn it is to make the tea was to diffuse people from taking their frustration out on other people. We're all angry, we're all frustrated, we all have horror stories. But the humour takes the edge off and puts a smile on peoples faces when they're in a no win situation. We will all get our money at some point, we just have to wait and if we want keep calling up to find where in the chain of spreadsheets we are.

You don't know the inside story of Lloyds so you can't say for sure what is and what isn't lies so stop making assumptions, calm down, have a cup of tea, and chill out a bit :)

So We had our weekly call to the "we don't care about customers care line". Last Friday we spoke to a lady called rian, who lodged another complaint for us! Spoke to her again today and she said our complaint was only acknowledged today!!!!! So she is going to chase it up for us again!! But she was hopeful as she said the last few complaints she has chased up have had payment 3(working) days later....mmmm we will see? That would mean we should get paid Wednesday!! Not holding my breathe!!
If we do get paid I'll be sure to get her surname and then you can all phone her and get paid!!!!!!!!

    Claim put in December 2010
    Offer letter 25 August 2011
  • i second the above, and ill even make the tea. Bring your own damn biscuits tho, im skint til lloyds pay out.

Don't count on it, I was told on Monday that my payment was started by BACS on the 16 November, a week later I am still waiting. Do I believe them now NO. They just tell us what they think we want to hear, They have no heart or concience, they know that the chances of speaking to them twice is virtualy non existent otherwise they may think twice about spouting more lies and us giving them the richly deserved Bo~#~king.:mad::mad:

Well no promised payment yet, so phoned the silly fairy story line and demanded to speak to one of their managers to ask where it was? told he doesnt know, you were put on the pending payment spreadsheet (you know the one that is written in invisable ink) so he doesn't know why you have not had my payment. he has now promised to phone me back on Monday. In MHO I don't think they know what they are doing I honestly think those spread sheets are written with invisable ink and that is why we won't ever get our payments.

Perhaps we should all play with Marksman and co maybe cops and robbers, Lloyds being the robbers.:rotfl::rotfl:

Just received a letter from my MP with a copy of the letter lloyds sent him on the 22nd November 2011.

She's handsigned it and I appear to have been sent the original. Now she's lying to my MP as well, as I went on the payment spreadsheet on the 23rd. Although from what others have said Lloyds BACs is about 10 working days, so maybe just maybe I'll be paid before I move house.

I'm not even in the mood for virtual cup of tea :( Although I do get paid next week, everyone else should contact their MPs.

Hiya Kerri my BACS payment took 4 days from being sent so with any luck you might not be waiting too long:)

Thanks Sam, I remember someone (maybe you) saying it took about a week to go through. Just needs to be there by next Saturday really, I'm dreading having to ask my Dad to bail me out otherwise. He won't mind, but my pride will be seriously dented. 25 and still can't manage my finances tsk tsk tsk
