  • I spoke to them earlier and was advised that I am getting a letter, not a recalculation letter though! A sorry we are taking so long letter that they read out to me which at the end say you will receive your re calc letter shortly! What a waste of paper!!!!

Prooooooooooogress :) Lovely lady I've just spoken to, I'm rubbish at remembering their names, says I've moved from being doing nothing to the "payment pending" spreadsheet *happy dance*. She also now recognises me as the one that's playing jenga hehehe. So to the lovely lady, if you're reading this then "hello and thank you for telling me something more than 'no timescales'".

Here's hoping it's paid "shortly" pfft. I might actually be able to buy a bed before the end of the Jan sales :)

Don't count on it, I was told on Monday that my payment was started by BACS on the 16 November, a week later I am still waiting. Do I believe them now NO. They just tell us what they think we want to hear, They have no heart or concience, they know that the chances of speaking to them twice is virtualy non existent otherwise they may think twice about spouting more lies and us giving them the richly deserved Bo~#~king.:mad::mad:

  • I was on a spreadsheet once***cries***, methinks I've been taken off of it***cries***, mind you I don't know what spreadsheet it was, might have been the spreadsheet before the spreadsheet that tells you you are on the "pending" spreadsheet which I believe is the one before the one that says your on the "you've got to be joking" spreadsheet, which is definitely not the "you're gonna get paid" spreadsheet, cos I surely aint been paid and I don't need no bleedin' spreadsheet to tell me that!!!!!! The only definite spreadsheet is the one Dolly Parton laid on the ground, I wasn't on that one either***cries***.:D:D:D

  • Hi there,

Just wondering if anybody could offer a glimmer of hope?

Received calculation letter with figure to be repaid (£5191) on Sep 16. Checked credit report this week and can see that current lloyds loan has been reduced to take into account cancellation of ppi - could this be a sign that the cheque is on its way...........

Can we play monopoly next?! It would be an even bigger laugh if we can get Andrea to be banker...... Every time we pass "go" we can wait ten working days for our £200 and if we land on mortgages property she can chase us mercilessly for the money while ignoring the fact that the bank owes us! :)

That would be going on the games pending spreadsheet then. lol!:rotfl::rotfl:
  • Now phoned Lloyds, calculation letter is up an til 25th, today. Am in final stages, keep checking account every hour, could go in any time of day!!! Got offer letter 29th October.
  • "am in the final stages"

Liking the optimism there, and good luck to you. With an offer letter of 29th October you may well be in the fast lane and get your money in a timely fashion.

I on the other hand, offer letter 21st September, interest calcs up to around 20th October - NOTHING.

No recalcs letter, no response to emails - fobbed off with every call made. Now currently on the special spreadsheet, the one where they can deal with you from start to finish, still nothing.

Anyone after October something is being processed in an 8 week turnaround if I remember correctly from the FOS timescales, it's us that applied early that are being penalised.

As of Monday I'm on week 16 from my original calculations letter and I hate to think how long from my complaint date of beginning of Feb.

I think I'm on day 79 in the haven't been paid house now :)
