    I personally appear to be on the spreadsheet which you go on before being allocated to the "pending a spreadsheet - spreadsheet", as you will understand it is a very very exciting time for me! :)

    I think I'm on the pending payment one (well I hope so at least, it was certainly the Andrea special), but I have sneaky feeling I've been moved to the 'has complained too much, owes us too much money anyway and has got the MP involved' spreadsheet, which I do think anyone is looking at currently...

    Well last week I was being told "you're being processed so shortly", now it's "payment pending spreadsheet" so I'm slightly hopeful again.

    i spoke to them today .......... off to the gym, when im back i will update you with the latest goss! trust me! it cracked me up! i even found out the girl in the call centre has red underwear on! (true story!) ;):rotfl::rotfl:
