What's this I hear? ANOTHER spreadsheet?? I wander at what stage one reaches the "special spreadsheet"? I have to say I am a little jealous as I was reliably informed that I was "special"!! (by my mum.....once)

I am also impressed by the efficient use of Excel Spreadsheets by Lloyds, I am expecting my call today to result in further delays which will now be the fault of Microsoft as Lloyds are only licensed for up to five spreadsheets when they are now using hundreds.....I can see the Christmas advertising now.... "I am a PC, and shafting Lloyds customers was my idea"......

Stu, I'm not sure that there's much point in calling them more than once or twice a week. Seems a waste of time when things are moving so slowly.

I haven't had the pleasure since Tuesday Kerri, been working earlies so I am really looking forward to this afternoon just to see what hasn't changed this week! Lol

Hi everyone, thought I would add my story to this thread. 15 weeks after submitting my PPI claim to Lloyds TSB for my credit card and loan, I had 2 upheld letters on 17/11/2011 -

The CC for £774.67 and the loan for £2898.36!!! The CC one has credited interest until 13/12/2011 and the loan has credited interest until 06/12/2011.

Just have to wait for the money now, which I have been following the ongoing debacle on here, and not holding my breath about getting it before xmas!

UPDATE - So, routinely checking my bank account this morning, and the £774.67 for the CC ppi has been paid into my account!! Ecstatic or what??!!! Cannot believe that this has happened so quickly, considering all the problems people are having. I sincerely :heart2: hope that everyone gets their money soon. Just have to wait for the big one now!!

I have the same dates as you !!! rang earlier was told no work has been on my case and that another letter was in the post telling me this :mad:

im currently ringing them again.... Im sure they check what number is dialling them, link it to the relevant account and then go "oh no, not him again, make him wait longer"

Well, its been escalated to a team leader, thanks to Kerri's lovely jenga lady :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: We were chatting about the naked twister and jenga being posted on here. What a lovely lady. If your reading this, i wont name you but thanks for all your help. :beer:

Got my offer letter august 13th..........have been told every week since September 13th it will be paid into my bank any day now and still waiting!!!!!!,
Rang again today and was told very firmly there is nothing she can do for me and all I can do is WAIT........
Think they are getting pretty hacked off with me now!!!!!!!!!
