Haha stuart you got her too? She must think we're barking! It was Marksman that was playing twister naked not me. I want to know his red knickers story from yesterday, where is he?
She had a good laugh with me over it all, lovely lady. I stopped short of asking any underwear questions though:rotfl:
It was the same lady as she mentioned she spoke to you last night and that you were lovely and polite too. So, add me to the jenga list:T0 -
Marksmans off to buy her more red underwear to see if it will speed up his payment0

I think we need a proper game that we can join in. Maybe a game of trying to get a phrase into a conversation when we call lloydsSo something like you have to manage to get "Mrs Doggles Cat" into the conversation, but obviously not just splurting it, in a clever fashion hehehe :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

What a lovely lady. If your reading this, i wont name you but thanks for all your help.
These "nice people" are the same people that would hassling you for money if you didn't pay your credit card bill or rang up to explain you were having difficulties. I'm not sure why the tone of this thread has turned to a bit of a joke (no offence) but I'm getting madder and madder by the day.
In other news, new bank account set up ready for the move from Lloyds.0 -
I'm afraid the lovely lady has fobbed you off. Being escalated to a team leader doesn't mean anything except they have 10 working days to fob you off some more. They're all part of the lies and are actually no use whatsoever. Sad, but true I'm afraid. Even the nice, sympathetic people have been able to tell us nothing of any use or do anything of any use except send off one of these magical emails that don't do jack.+

We are all mad, I am actually seething that Lloyds keep with holding these payments...... But I do have a certain amount of sympathy for the people on the other end of the line when I call, I honestly think that they are told a load of rubbish by their managers on an almost daily basis...... The humour isn't meant to upset or offend, the thread is as much about support as it is information and I find it much more therapeutic to involve a bit of banter and light heartedness than to keep my posts all about rage and anger..... Which doesn't mean I am not angry0 -

Just a word about spreadsheets,
daily call today, explained about emails being sent blah blah blah.
Bog standard call centre man said "is it just to go on the spreadsheet? I can do that right now..."
in the last two weeks not one person has mentioned anything about this mythical spreadsheet, not a "manager" or anyone..?
and let's not forget we were told we were 3/4 down the spreadsheet 2 3/4 months ago.
It's all lies. These spreadsheets are !!!!!!!!.
Iits disgusting that the people most delayed are being treated in this way, fair enough those making complaints now should be dealt with so they don't have the same fun & games we're having - BUT, those that are so far behind should be dealt with AS A PRIORITY surely? I can't believe how these jokers operate.0 -

No. Im not gonna blow a gasket with someone on the end of a phone who doesnt have the ability to write my cheque there and then. Whats the point getting stressed, ill get my money one way or another. I could take them to court or call in my best friend who works for a debt collection agency if i wanted. Every single phone call and conversation is documented by myself and gives me the adequate info to take them further should i wish to do so. As for the banter, dont like it? Dont join in. We can have a laugh and a joke together and at the same time meet nice new people. Enjoy your new bank, they are all the same after all, all after your money one way or another. If you dont wish to read my experience with the "lovely lady" then jump back on your high horse and trott off, simples
I for one will trust whats being said to me as so far most of it has been truthful and helpful.:kisses:
My point is I've asked MSE Guy to have another look at this thread since its a month since his story about Lloyds delays (which I highlighted to Guy/Martin); I can't imagine MSE are going to pay too much notice when instead of horror stories they see naked jenga?
as for the "lovely lady"; I'll wager nothing comes of it!Except you've got her phone number obviously.
