    Hi everyone
Received my offer on 30th august for my lloyds credit card.Dont have a lloyds account now so rang and asked could they put the refund into my natwest account, told this was not a problem. No sign of the money weeks later so rang to ask what was going on and was told they had tried to refund into the lloyds closed account and were waiting for the payment to come back to them.
Weeks later after many phone calls they say i will be paid by cheque SOON.
Still no sign of anything !!!!!!!!!! DON`T HOLD YOUR BREATH.BLUE FACE IS NOT A GOOD LOOK.

I agree with the conspiracy theory too...

The bitter end of a Lloyds loan to pay off, Lloyds card and overdraft all waiting to be zero'd with a repayment big enough the clear the lot, and then walk away a free person.

But they wouldn't want you to do that now would they.
The sad fact is by delaying the return of my money its proving almost impossible to make the payments to things I could have paid off already.

Rapidly losing the plot with this and its really eating me up.

TELL ME ABOUT IT.HAD TO MUG MY DAUGHTER THIS WEEK......TWICE :(

alkeir there is no need to shout!

I've just sent an email to Andrea telling her that I am fully prepared to take her to court unless they pay me soon. I'm fed up, it's been 15 weeks since the first calculations letter and I feel penalised for going to my MP because they only calculated the interest up until the date they sent the revised calculations letter.

  • I'm now under the conclusion that for a number of us with offer letters in August and early September (mine being the 1st Sept) the computer system either failed, or something went wrong somewhere! I just find it strange that even today in the Daily Mail Lloyds apologised for a small number of customers that have had to wait longer than expected. They are working to clear the backlog! More like revisiting peoples claims from scratch as they've lost everything.

They put an email address in the article and think maybe if enough of us contact them then maybe someone will publish something with some clout!
