well guys id thought id update you all with my story,
i put in the claim way back at the begining of this year, maybe feb.
i recieved the usual we are looking into it letters every couple of months, then in August after months of waiting i finally spoke to someone at the call centre who told me a letter had been posted to myself at the end of july... i didnt ever get this letter, i did however recieve a letter dated the 30th August with all the amounts to be paid back ect, no date of when i will get the payment though.
since then i have no contact from TSB no payment no letter, i have rang a few times and that does not help. today i have my recalculation letter with the interest dated till 14th december, stating the funds will be deposited in to my account......no date when though so its back to waiting....
surley iv been waiting long enough give me my money i want a special christmas this year!!!
Thanks Everyone x0 -
Has anyone who has emailed Lloyds actually ever received the written acknowledgment the automated response promises?
Would I be correct in suggesting that all customer correspondence just goes in the bin?Money Saving IQ 142 - Does that mean I am tight?0 -

Just since I like something positive every day, I think a round of applause for reaching £26 in your £2 pot is called for!
I wish I could save mine..... They seem to disappear whenever my nieces visit........
Anyway positive.... to save £2 coins you have to become possessive of them =pDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

THANK YOU FOR WHAT IS NO DOUBT A STANDARD,PROBABLY AUTOMATED REPLY,BUT I STILL HAVE`NT EVEN RECIEVED THE RECALCULATION OF MY REFUND,WITH INTEREST THAT HAD TO BE ADDED[AS THIS FARCE HAS DRAGGED ON FOR SO LONG] THAT YOUR HELP LINE TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE ALREADY RECIEVED. THERE`S A VERY FEASABLE RUMOUR GOING AROUND THAT THE LLOYDS TSB PPI SCAM VICTIMS WHO ARE STILL IN DEBT WITH YOUR BANK,LOANS,OVERDRAFTS ETC. ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE QUEUE & THE LAST TO GET REFUNDED AS THIS GIVES LLOYDS TSB MORE TIME TO CLAW SOME MONY BACK FROM THEIR CURRENT DEBTS.SURELY YOUR BANK WOULD NEVER PARTICIPATE IN SOMETHING SO UNDERHANDED?Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Hi everyone
Received my offer on 30th august for my lloyds credit card.Dont have a lloyds account now so rang and asked could they put the refund into my natwest account, told this was not a problem. No sign of the money weeks later so rang to ask what was going on and was told they had tried to refund into the lloyds closed account and were waiting for the payment to come back to them.
Weeks later after many phone calls they say i will be paid by cheque SOON.
Still no sign of anything !!!!!!!!!!0 -
I agree with the conspiracy theory too...
The bitter end of a Lloyds loan to pay off, Lloyds card and overdraft all waiting to be zero'd with a repayment big enough the clear the lot, and then walk away a free person.
But they wouldn't want you to do that now would they.
The sad fact is by delaying the return of my money its proving almost impossible to make the payments to things I could have paid off already.
Rapidly losing the plot with this and its really eating me up.0
