Hi folks, just to update you.

Both cheques arrived in today's post, of £1,200 x 2 - £2,400, these were the offers on each one due to them being old accounts from the mid 90's.

Had a few reclaims with Lloyds over the past few years, the others were resolved some time ago, and these ones are the last of them all.

So my son who has Autism will be having a nice camcorder for xmas, something he has been asking for, which I was dreading not getting, so this a big help.:T:T
    xx;):)

  • Midnight came and went, the good news was I didn't turn into a pumpkin, the bad news - no payment still.
    Checked again this morning, nothing.

Pretty sure I'm on working day 45, not as long as some but my word long enough.

Every option has been exhausted now other than the courts and of course being patient, but I'm not a patient person and I've waited long enough!

No Letter. No Money. No help from Lying Total Scum Bags.

Get this, from todays phone call - apparently they have "just cleared Augusts backlog and are onto September now" - funny that, where have I heard that before? Oh yes! That's what they were telling us at the start of October and now its nearly December!!!

Asked what date they work on (offer or calcs letter) they said it was offer; pointed out that our offer letter was 26th August and strangely enough NO money and not even the mythical crappy recalculations letter - the woman said "uh uh uh I don't understand what you mean"; yeah right, caught out for being a total liar more like.

Bruce and esoog, come join in the party games, we've got a game of twister on the go today (imaginary of course). I'm seeing how many games we can get through before they pay me.

  • Hi there,

I have been watching the discussions on the site about Lloyds Tsb PPI payments for a few weeks now. I see that I am not the only one that is getting fed up & frustrated with Lloyds.

I recieved an offer letter off Lloyds on 25 August 2011, I have not yet recieved a penny of the money that they have offered. I have still got a current loan with lloyds which I was still paying PPi on, I contacted LLoyds about 12 weeks ago asking them to stop the PPI on the loan. As of yet this has not been removed. I have been a bit late making some payments on the loan in the last 12months because of being on maternity leave and money being a bit tight. I have had some arrears which I have been gradually catching up with.

I made a payment on my loan at the beginning of the month (usual monthly payment and some extra to pay off the arrears that I owe them) when i spoke to the woman (in the loan department) I told her when i make my next loan payment which is due at the beginning of December, I will clear the rest of my arrears, which is £40.00, she said this was fine. Then end of last week I had a phone call from Lloyds chasing this £40.00. How dare they! Unfortuanatly I let rip at the woman and she got the sharp end of my tongue. Its funny how they can chase me up for £40.00, but its taken them to date 92 days and still I they owe me £6829.00 !

I feel very reluctant to pay them any more money, but this would probably delay me getting my money! Just wandering who i can compalin to, I've tried sending an email on 17th November, but I have had no response from this. Has anyone got any more ideas
  • Hi Everyone,

I want to claim back ppi on a mortgage from C&G (Lloyds TSB). The paperwork says Cassidy Davies Insurance services administers of C&G payment protection on behalf of Lloyds TSB. So who do I write to to claim it back? The address on the paperwork is for Cassidy Davies or should I use one of Lloyds main addresses??

    Thanks
