Thanks to Kerri-bfw and to Tunnelhelp for posting. Hey, Kerri, that is horrendous!!!
Yeah, MP involved and everything still no money. Oh well, hey-ho! Will just take me longer to pay them back the money I owe them. It's all going to my HSBC account though so I can decide when I pay them back =)

No shock there then. 4.15pm and still no call from Andrea at Lloyds. Im feeling a trip to wales is on the cards
  • Lloyds PPI timeframe for us
Original letter to them 10th May 2011
    Response from them 26th May
Our first follow up letter 25th July
Acceptance form signed and returned to them 23rd August
Final offer letter received 4th October, "making arrangements for the appropriate payment to be made ... to resolve this matter for you as quickly as possible"
Follow=up letter to them 7th November
Followup call to them 22nd November
    Other calls in-between times ...
TOTAL STANDING AT 28 WEEKS TO DATE
Could be up to 17 weeks from now until we receive payment.

Other similar timelines would, I should imagine, help others -- that's why I am posting here!!

Angry, I don't get the timeframes at all I made my initial claim 23 May (6 months ago today), acknowledged 27 May, acceptance of guilt received end of August (maybe the 28th) and offer letter 9 September. Paid on 9 November (loan currently being restructured, today apparently).

Don't get why it took them till October to send your offer out when your claim had previously ran at the same speed as mine but if that is the case it seems they are not making payments on account of when the complaint was upheld, but instead they are basing it on when they sent you the calculations confirming the exact amount owed.

My payment was exactly two months from the date of calculation so I bet you don't get your money till 4th/5th of December.
