    Am I the only one who feels that the issue Lloyds encountered was that they lost data? If this is what happened then it would explain why nobody seems to be refunded in date order. If they have lost data, perhaps they are having to go back to the very beginning of all of our claims and rework out how much they are to refund us.
    ;)You are correct,and Halifax computer systems have been scrapped as Osario was trying to save money and the Halifax guys n gals are having to use the antiquated Lloyds system and this is taking time too.
    Do not ask how i know this :D:D if i tell you i will have to kill you :rotfl:

    It gets better NOT. I was told yesterday that I have been paid as I'm not on the spreadsheet anymore. I informed them that no money is in my account and to check if they didn't belive me. After holding for another 10min the lady come back and says " sorry sir you have been missed of the spreadsheets but I will speak to someone today and get them to add you on there. She (Andrea ) said I would get a call back from her today before 4pm. Think I have more chance of winning the lottery.

    And so it continues:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Ash come play Jenga with me and Marksman over here. I reckon we can get a good few virtual games in before we get paid. Maybe even become Jenga champions.

  • I have an open loan. The PPI payments were cancelled in September, and the loan restructured in October. Not exactly sure what I am still waiting for? I have been checking my account every day (several times) and as I only bank with LTSB there is nowhere else it can be paid to :(

    Sounds good Kerri we could invent a new virtual game by the time we get our money :)
  • You mad lot do at least give me a laugh during these depressing days waiting.

    Last week I was told I am 'on the pending spreadsheet and thats as far as you can go without payment and we are working towards payment'. I just gave up at that point, the excuses get more and more bizarre each time. I have one open loan with a smaller amount due but £16k for the old loans, promised BACS straight into my Lloyds current account. Just waiting for the snow to arrive when they cant get to work (??what work) and no doubt the delays will really set in then.

    Have told my 3 main creditors to go ahead and take me to court if they wish,or they can chase Lloyds on my behalf. Nice to think of a big nasty baliff knocking on their doors.

    At 64 years of age I can really do without this extra stress.:(

    marksmen I think you will find that purposely knocking my elbow is you cheating not me :p

    tunnelhelp, I would try to pay your creditors at least something as the courts will likely issue you with a CCJ and that's not good for anyone. Even £1 a month token payment. Or talk to CCCS.
