  • Someone who spoke to Lloyds today has gathered that today, 22nd November, they are currently making payments to those who had "final offer letters" in August, so could be a delay of up to 17 weeks! Please continue to post progress for us other folks, many thanks.
  • You like a lot on here should have been paid by now.

You have the exact same case history as me and I have had the cash two weeks now and the loan restructure took affect from today.

I was disgusted at the delay I had and you have been waiting even longer, I mean 10 weeks from the date of offer is crap. If you have an old Lloyds account chek that the money hasn't been stuck in there without them telling you.

And keep at them, e-mail FSA and FOS or try the email wording used by some of the earlier posters on here, you will get your cash eventually.

Hey Disgusted, when di dyou originally apply, and that question to all, so that we can look at payment times in full cognizance of timeframes?? Thanks!!!

marksmen I think you will find that purposely knocking my elbow is you cheating not me :p

tunnelhelp, I would try to pay your creditors at least something as the courts will likely issue you with a CCJ and that's not good for anyone. Even £1 a month token payment. Or talk to CCCS.

Am paying as much as poss, written RD letters, they take no notice and ring me dozens of times each day despite being told I am deaf! Letter nearly as good as Lloyds staff 'sorry to hear that, please ring me to discuss!!!' Seriously, I will manage to keep them at bay until beg Jan, lets hope all paid up by then. Thanks

Hey disgustified, I have an email address for the FSA if this helps anyone. I will also be writing to Margaret Cole of the FSA telling her what Lloyds are doing (or, more appropriately!, NOT doing), and that "expecting" them to pay one month after receiving the final offers letter is a) not good enough, since it is obvious that they are not doing so and that I feel she should be chasing them, and very publicly, so that others, who are less computer literate, can get the info. Failing that, publicity is another option!!

CCCS are a charity and are free. They can set you up on payment plans and deal with your creditors for you. Might be worth giving them a call as it could relieve some of the stress.

    my dates are:

    Complainted 2nd February
    Calculations letter: 8th August
    Recalculations letter: 15th November
    Interest calculated until: 15th November
Working days since calc letter: 75
    Weeks since calc letter: 15

  • Lloyds PPI timeframe for us
Original letter to them 10th May 2011
    Response from them 26th May
Our first follow up letter 25th July
Acceptance form signed and returned to them 23rd August
Final offer letter received 4th October, "making arrangements for the appropriate payment to be made ... to resolve this matter for you as quickly as possible"
Follow=up letter to them 7th November
Followup call to them 22nd November
    Other calls in-between times ...
TOTAL STANDING AT 28 WEEKS TO DATE
Could be up to 17 weeks from now until we receive payment.

Other similar timelines would, I should imagine, help others -- that's why I am posting here!!
  • Thanks to Kerri-bfw and to Tunnelhelp for posting. Hey, Kerri, that is horrendous!!!
  • Already the three timeframes show that they are NOT, as they say they are, dealing with the queries in order!!!! If others add to this, then we can establish some pattern, how about it folks!!
  • Message to Controlfreak, when did you first put in your application??
