Good luck to you all, i sincerely hope you get paid soon!!

To much amazement, only two weeks after receiveing my payment, I now appear to have had my loan restructured.
Well, at least a good chunk of £1,500 or so has vanished from the balance overnight.
Monthly payment figure is still the same as it was, so hoepfully I can look forward to that being fixed "shortly" as well.
Exactly 6 months to the day that I wrote my initial complaint letter but it feels like a lifetime.Money Saving IQ 142 - Does that mean I am tight?0 -
Congratulations to those receiving payments today.

Hi Kerri, I thought yours was all done and dusted days ago? Have they just fobbed you off by telling you they would pay it into your other banks a/c?

Pretty much. I've resigned myself to the fact I'm not going to get the money before I move house, which means I'm stupidly skint for the run up to Christmas, but hopefully they'll pay me during that time so I will be alright. *crosses fingers*
There's no point getting angry about it anymore, it's not getting me any further ahead. Just going to wait it out.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

made up for ya mate :j if you dont mind me asking what was the date on your letter saying complaint was upheld ???
Upheld letter was dated the 8th of September, which was to the day the limit of the 18 week allowed time.
Not sure how that falls with everyone else's dates, and sincere apologies if this is before other people!!
Cheers

Damn, mine was upheld at the end of August.... All closed loans as well so there is no recalculation or adjustments to make....... Chuffed for those that got their money but annoyed all over again that mine is still lost somewhere out there!0

Been watching this thread closely today and am so annoyed to hear that many are STILL waiting - after being informed refunds are being paid out over the last few weeks and will be received on so and so date and then NOTHING, this is totally poor customer service!!!
Good news on the ones who have heard & received payouts today!
I was going to say yesterday, that a member on here had mentioned an Ian from Lloyds, and the cheques we received yesterday were signed by the man himself, so I assume if you can is to email him perhaps, think the email addy was left on here too somewhere, however no doubt I expect you have all already tried.:(
I did not receive any further compo for the waiting though, but then lots of you have been waiting far longer than myself, but the cheques were dated 17 November which would have been made out last Thursday then.
Wonder if the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) will help!
It's bad that everyone has had to do all this chasing, because if the shoe is on the other foot they're on our backs constantly!
I am so gutted for all of you still waiting and being let down so badly, it's just no fair treatment at all!!The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
