I apologise my words were merely frustration and the predicament i found my self in at the moment. I apologise to all i didnt mean to cause any offence. I feel so powerless, so frustrated. this money would help keep my head above water until the new year.

Good of you to post that bugsy and I am really sorry about your loss of job :( I would say e mail the CEO but he's done a runner  is there anyone here that can suggest what to do next for bugsy, I'm at a loss :o

Hi folks, just to update you.

Both cheques arrived in today's post, of £1,200 x 2 - £2,400, these were the offers on each one due to them being old accounts from the mid 90's.

Had a few reclaims with Lloyds over the past few years, the others were resolved some time ago, and these ones are the last of them all.

    So on these actual reclaims...........
    Complained July 2011
Email received to say about the above offer in Sept
Letter by hardcopy arrived going into October, (letter dated Sept).

So my son who has Autism will be having a nice camcorder for xmas, something he has been asking for, which I was dreading not getting, so this a big help.:T:T

Sorry I have not had the chance to read posts yet, but to anyone else who have received payouts today, Well done!
And to you all still waiting, keep at them my friends, its your money, good luck xx;):)
:T:T:T One less person in front of our payouts :T:T:T Congratulations Di you've been waiting a long time.
Fingers crossed we're all tomorrows lucky winners

We are all thinking the same m8, I have e mailed my local MP and the FOS, never heard a thing back from the MP but got a reply from the FOS taking on board everything I told them about LTSB and their delaying tactics and shocking treatment of customers, they have assured me that it will be acted on, but the wheels of motion turn sooooooo slowly. All we can do is keep the pressure on CONSTANTLY until you get a satisfactory outcome

I phoned once again today after speaking to an account manager on the 14 th Nov who had promised to e-mail the payments dept to get my payment speeded up.

Was told that my payment was made on 15/16 Nov, I have a feeling that they are telling me more lies as I have checked my Lloyds account but its still not there.

Any Ideas anyone? if it has been paid surely it should show by now?
  • Soooo angry with Lloyds TSB was told claim was upheld and interest calculated till 25/11/11
PPI is still NOT cancelled off the loan which has a few months left to run, they have already taken one DD since they agreed I was missold and now looks like they'll be expecting another on 1/12/11. I am starting to feel like i will never see this money and have been told if I cancel the DD it will be a default on credit rating. Feel like screaming when you phone up constantly fobbed off !!!! Any help would be very much appreciated :(:(:(

Is there anyone out there who got an offer letter in August and still waiting for payment?? I just get so frustrated that people who put claims in during July and September have been paid and we put ours in December last year. We phone ever week to be told the same thing. Getting to beyond the point of frustration!!!!
