I have been on the phone yet again to the Bank of Bull*&£t and been told " oh havent you received anything". What gets me is the lies are so dis-jointed, "oh yes the recalculation letter has been sent to you, i can see it on the screen in front of me, call back a week later because there is no letter and guess what? "oh sorry sir, you shouldnt have been told that". I have had the pleasure (you can imagine the sarcasim) of speaking to the chief Liar Andrea, who assured me she would escalate my complaint and I would receive a call back from the payments team, I am now on the 2nd week!! I have wrote to my MP, Mr Hallett, FOS and I have no reply to any of them. None of the emails were malicous, but hey who are we. I even spoke to the mighty Scum Newspaper ( The Nations Favourite) and some snot nose reporter who i told my tale of woe to, said " aint we all waiting mate, ring us back in a year if you aint got anything" and promptly put the phone down. I feel so let down by all around me, i genunely am struggling financially. I have stated this, but all i get told is people are looking into this. I have lost my job today but this wont matter to them. They have lost a loyal customer of over 15yrs and i wont be back. I wonder if they monitor this site ? i wonder if martin Lewis does or he just trying to find money off vouchers for wines and cheap flights. none of these people care they are just toothless tigers, who roar but cant bite.:(

I can understand your frustration, but 2 posts and the second is slagging off the creator of the site that you are complaining on :( and you expect help

I have posted more than a couple of posts and I am frustrated and want some answers, I have never heard anybody including Mr Lewis talk about what all of us are going through at the moment. it wasnt a slagging off it was an off the cuff remark

Martin Lewis was on Radio 2 a couple of weeks ago talking about exactly that, this site exists to help people put thing right as well as saving people huge amounts of money on a huge variety of everyday items. There are a lot of very frustrated people on this forum and rightly so but you are the first that I have witnessed "making an off the cuff remark" about the very person that has done the most to get people redress. Vent your frustrations at the banks (I see you have been, keep it going) not the people that are trying to help

Everyone is really feeling the frustrations I know, but please remember we're not against each other here, we're all in this horrible Lloyds mess together. Keep in mind that the money will turn up eventually, it has to, and then we'll all close our accounts because we will not be treated in this way. Whether you wish to persue further redemption via the FOS for distress is everyones own choice, personally I don't want to ever deal with this company again and just getting the money they owe me will be enough as I wouldn't have the interest anyway, the money would have been spent long ago.

I apologise my words were merely frustration and the predicament i found my self in at the moment. I apologise to all i didnt mean to cause any offence. I feel so powerless, so frustrated. this money would help keep my head above water until the new year.

Hi folks, just to update you.

Both cheques arrived in today's post, of £1,200 x 2 - £2,400, these were the offers on each one due to them being old accounts from the mid 90's.

Had a few reclaims with Lloyds over the past few years, the others were resolved some time ago, and these ones are the last of them all.

    So on these actual reclaims...........
    Complained July 2011
Email received to say about the above offer in Sept
Letter by hardcopy arrived going into October, (letter dated Sept).

So my son who has Autism will be having a nice camcorder for xmas, something he has been asking for, which I was dreading not getting, so this a big help.:T:T

Sorry I have not had the chance to read posts yet, but to anyone else who have received payouts today, Well done!
And to you all still waiting, keep at them my friends, its your money, good luck xx;):)
