The only security you need is Avast antivirus and windows own firewall and weekly scan with the free version of Malwarebytes. Anything else is overkill and unnecessary and may actually end up slowing your system down if they are all trying to scan at the same time.
Alternatively, you could use Avast to sandbox your browser. At the end of your session close the browser and any malware or spyware is instantly deleted.0 -

Haha NOT
I was hoping for a serious solution to a serious question(it must be a "problem" for numerous others on here).

Keep everything patched and up to date. Use an AV. You can get infected visiting any site.....findings from Cisco's 2013 Annual Security Report (ASR) reveal that the highest concentration of online security threats do not target pornography....0

Thanks Waddler
I use Avast, so should be ok?
MUTTL0 -
Yes. If you don't do anything stupid, generally the only way malware is going to get on the PC is by exploiting vulnerabilities. Keeping everything patched will go a long way to mitigating any threat.

Applying software updates, so the programs are up to date.
