I installed MSE on my netbook as it came highly recommnded on here. Are you saying it's not much use?
I have Avast, Comodo, Windows Defender and SpywareBlaster on my other machines. Would they be better?
Not at stopping webpage based attacks no
To stop them you need a SANDBOXIE or I personally use FIREFOX with the NOSCRIPT plugin:idea:0 -
I know this sounds kinda smug, but I don't really use protection right now, cause I've got a mac. It has been predicted, that some viruses will turn up for macs in near future, but I do not know if I should believe them. I think I might just go with linux after that. Cause I really don't like the idea of having virus protection software slowing down your computer.
Im pretty sure as macs (And especially linux) get more and more a share of the market, we'll see more and more programs trying to attack them:idea:0 -

Theres no problem with what you have there
Malwarebytes only works 'on demand' so not causing any bother. Blaster only works on demand and even then only changes the hosts files and white files
The only thing id be weary of is Zonealarm. Its classed as a pretty poor firewall these days, usually creating more problems than its worth:idea:0 -

You don't say which operating system you're using, but if you have a router, and Vista or Windows 7, I'd say you could do without Zone Alarm.
Zone Alarm has been known to cause problems.Move along, nothing to see.0 -

Router Firewalled
Router DHCP scope limited to 5 devices - 2 pcs, ps3, laptop and blackberry
Router MAC Control Enabled - only the above 5 devices are able to connect
Router admin account renamed to something else
Router admin account password renamed to 16 charachter alphanumerical password.
Router Access Control/Web Filters applied
Wireless SSID set NOT to broadcast
Wireless set to operate at 5ghz as opposed to 2.4
Wireless encryption set to WPA2 AES
Wireless password - 15 character alphanumerical, uppercase, lowercase and symbols
The above = no malware, adware, virus programs needed. Only default Windoes Firewall is enabled.
However if I was to recommend a combo it would have to be Malwarebytes and Eset Nod32.
Peace
The above config of yours is a bit of over doing in my view.
Malware and adware can travel via wireless encryption too - your configuration doesn't make it foolproof.
Also for obvious reasons, It is really not recommended to have both windows firewall and router firewall enabled.0 -

Care to elaborate?
