Please start a new thread ~
Open malwarebytes and goto LOGS and post the WHOLE of the last log and ~
    reboot

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log IN YOUR NEW THREAD)

  • I am not computer savvy - my Norton 360 security expires in a week and wondered if anyone could please inform me which is the best software to replace it with. The computer is used for banking, email, messaging, etc so need good security. Should I go for Kaspersky or Norton? Do I need total 360 security or just internet security? Please help a confused computer novice.

    Thanks

When you come to remove it use the Norton removal tool

Buy Kaspersky (From amazon or wherever, never direct due to the price)
