If you want an 'all in one' buy Kaspersky
If you want free ones, you need quite a few

PCTOOLS FIREWALL
AVIRA (Main av)
Malwarebytes (scan on demand)
Superantispyware (Scan on demand)
Spybot (Including its IMMUNISE feature) ~ (scan on demand):idea:0 -
I've gone ahead and got Sunbelt firewall and Vipre.You can go nuts checking them all out0

The best security for browsing is sandboxie, you dont need to test them all just do a little research.0
