    No hun, it's definitely not meningitis. It's not exactly a rash but that's the only word I have to describe it, her whole body has turned red, just like if I'd scalded her! It definitely does blanch when touched too, I've already tried that. Just wish this doctor would hurry up, I have to drive 36 miles tomorrow and cart all my parents shopping around for them.
    Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

    I know just how you feel my son used to get similar rashes but he used to faint as well, fine when he was little but as a 10-11 year old I could not catch him!!! We still don't know what he was allergic too but he is now a 6foot 3 inch hunk of 20 years!

    The doc is on his/her way and you will soon have reassurance. Keep calm, have a cuppa and keep watch is all I can suggest - I am assuming antihistimines have been given?
