I think your mum is like me. When DD ill last wekend and SIL looking after things I was like a clucky hen!
Strangely my daughter and I have had long conversations about teenage years since she had the boys. I think she can now see where I was coming from. God help her if No 3 is a daughter and she has to go through the teenage years. I certainly do not want to go there again. I have been asked in the past to 'mentor' friends teenage daughters but what can you say? You try and point out the pitfalls in an 'auntie' way and hope for the best. One it worked with, the other is totally off the scale living with a drug dealer and doing the stuff too, she is only 18, went to public school and wanted for nothing. Not that has anything to do with it. I did my best and can't take responsibility for them. Just take responsibility for my own and now they are mid to late 20s think we did a good job!

(((((HUGS)))))) for you and your daughter Moggins. It's horrible when they're ill and there's nothing you can do.
Do you know what's caused the rash?
Hope she feels better soon.0 -

Night night everyone. Hugs to Moggins and your daughter, so many of us will be thinking of you overnight.

moggins - i don't mean to scare you, i really don't, as i imagine you're scared enough already, but... are you sure its not meningitis? there's a link here to check the symptoms, but you can do the glass test yourself for the rash before you go haring off to the hospital.
:grouphug: i hope she gets better soon.
