Great saving, recurrent-ostrich, you're really getting the hang of saving. Snap with the fags!..or without them, 12 years for me too, 13 on Christmas Day!!!! :j

An excellent idea of saving, mcjordi - brilliant, Good thinking re the shopping and friends! ;)

The main thing is you're saving them, nanto3girls, it's not important to count - just save! :)

A double edge sword for sure JD, but we're still winners without the white sticks in our lives!!! I get far more NSDs than saving (cash), but can't have it all ways...though I do love potting it. You have a happy weekend too. :grinheart

"Lots of £2 coins" catwoman???? ...surely that's greedy - give us one! ;)

    Well done, keza..a good start.

Don't worry, ModestyB I knew that - I just didn't want to let you forget those blasted months!!! ;) I hope you get lucky with a Terramundi, what about a present from someone??

Here's hoping for you too, izzoh, they're so beautiful and seem to light up the room...or am I getting carried away here?! Brilliant savings for you today!!!! Now play a great game of pretence...... "I haven't got any money" ;)

Keep right on saving everyone, searching the house and car too, along with handbags etc - no not you fellars!

    Sue x

My pot has been sealed and is already carrying some coins. My son even asked me to put some sellotape over his train money box so he cant open it. he must be coming round to my way of not spending every penny in my purse

What a compliment to us here, Stephthemagicdragon, your 1st post is with us, we're honoured. A warm welcome to MSE!! :)

We'd love to see your paper mache pig/pot pig when it's made if possible, nannygladys, all the best with it, a little messy to do but so worth it.

Aren't they (Terramundi) just so beautiful, supasick, I'm sure this time next year their sales will rocket. Something to look forward to next year - unless you can hint for it as a gift. It might pay to wait til January sales next yr.

Oh yes, catwoman, that amount of £2s is way too much for one! So beautiful for coins, I love em.

Aww, bless your little lad, mandz1, it'll be so good for him to grow up as a mini :money:
