Can I please join in. I sell eggs at the gate and aim to use anything in the honesty box under 50p. 50p's and £1's go towards feed for the chooks. I'll also try to add change from the shopping but that may be a challenge too far as I tend to shop on a card. Off now to seal up a sweetie tin, I'll use gaffa tape - loads of it so I'm not tempted.

Hi everyone. Bought my pot yesterday and I've already put £2 in! £1 from parking money which turned out to be cheaper than I thought, and another £1 in my jeans pocket which has appeared from nowhere - a gift from the gods!
  • Hi all!

Could I please join?? I have fashioned a lovely 'sealed pot' from a 2litre plastic bottle & lots of cellotape!!

I've no target for the money, but I'm part of the pay all debts by Xmas 2012. So the sealed pot money will either be a nice treat or for final payments to get me debt free!!

    Good luck to everyone ;)

  • Afternoon all.

I'm freezing my bits off here...brrrrr! Got a runny nose and can feel a cold coming on. When does the summer begin :(?

Nothing in the pot today but the good thing is i wont be spending any money either as it's too cold to go out. Having a fun time instead sorting out mystery shopping paperwork so i can complete the self-assessment forms . Boo to paying tax!

Think i'll take a break and have look at terramundi pots online :D. I'm absolutely obsessed with these things :rotfl:. I'll have to drop some not so subtle hints to try and get one as a Xmas gift :D.

Have fun where ever you are today .

Good luck with the pot, PammyH just don't be too fussy too quick as anything will do.

I can understand about the chook food, zafiro1984, we have 8 and they take some feeding, good layers even at this time of the year though.

Your 2litre plastic bottle & lots of cellotape is perfect for the job, irishnini! ;)

May your dream come true, mishmogs and keep on reminding OH to lighten his load. :D Well done on the bargains.

LC2, there could only ever be ONE answer to that.......YES, you should be potting hubby's money as he'd wish you to!!! :rotfl:

Oooh you're a jammy beggar, jakes-mum, your poor lad though, I couldn't help but feel sorry for him though he'd probably have given it to you anyway. :A

HELLO to you too, Cherry, I thought you'd forsaken us!! Thanks for the bump on tother thread.

Keep checking your pockets daily in that case, flippin, you've got off to a really good start.

Summer...mudflower????? You've a way to go yet for that...6' of snow to get through first!! Terraundi are so darned attractive, some are expensive too so beware. I had a look earlier and the cheapest I could see (that I know are good) are 'temptation' ones if you get my drift!!

Oh shame on you, supasick! Well done. ;)

I bet you'll be checking that toy box regularly, gonnabedebtfree, I know I would.
