Hey all you money savers. We have 3 accounts with the halifax. And after watching Martin on The Wright Stuff I am finally gonna send a letter requesting a list of my charges. I know I have to send £10 but will this cover all 3 halifax accounts or will I have to send £30?

Hi
This is my first post and I really apologise if this question has been asked previously (I have done searches and nothing came up).
I am going to send my first letter today to my bank requesting a statement of charges on my current accounts (I have three all with the same bank). Do I need to send a cheque for £10 for each account or will one cheque cover them all. To be on the safe side I was think of sending a cheque for each one in case it slowed down the process and gave them an excuse to delay.0 -
One cheque, one letter0

Do you have to send £10 per account you are enquiring about, as I need to get info from Natwest about 3 separate accounts I used to have with them and not sure how much to send.0

One cheque, one letter for any number of accounts at one bank but if you are claiming from several different banks/credit cards then yes you need to send them each the letter with a £10 cheque.
You can claim back some charges from a business account.0
