  • hi i'm just about to send off to Lloyds for my statements i also have a credit card with them can i request the charges or statements in same letter or do i have to make seperate claims for each? :confused:
  • Yes you can Subject Access Request is for data on you the data subject held by the one organisation Lloyds TSB

  • hi there, i'm about to request my statements from lloyds, i have two accounts with them, can i ask for the statements for them both on the one letter or do i have to send two letters with two ten pounds ??:confused:
  • Yes 1 letter and £10.00 fee will cover all data that Lloyds have for you for the two accounts, just remember to quote both account numbers on your request.

    My wife and I have 3 accounts with RBS (1 each and a joint) and we requested all statements at the same time with 1 letter. We sent 1 cheque for £10 (RBS, we found out, require £5 for each acc) so we were subsequently sent letter asking for another £5. We asked for the money back in 2 letters (still waiting 3rd set of statements) Their response came in 2 letters with 2 consecutive reference numbers. I would think LLoyds would do pretty much the same. Hope this helps.

    thanks mate, i also have a master card with them, is this a seperate issue would you say ?

    Hoping someone could possibly help.
    I am keen to claim back charges from my building society, have done some of the donkey work, but the advice i need is regarding parachute account!
    I have two accounts with the same building society, but only want to claim from one, can i use the other account as my parachute account??
    any help or advice would be most appreciated.

    Do I send £10.00 for a list of charges per account or does this cover both accounts I have with the same bank.
