Hi there
I am about to send off the the template letter to request a fully comprehensive list of all the default charges for direct debit, unauthorised overdrafts and standing orders I have paid over the last six years. I am aware of the maximum statutory charge of £10 for this, but is this per account as I have three accounts to claim for and my fiance has one as well.
I'll be grateful if someone could give me some advice.

It is one cheque per person not per account, so £10 for your three accounts, and £10 for your fiancees account.Reclaimed thanks to this site:
£175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH0 -
Awww thanks so much for that!! Letters in the post and get me some money back!!!

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if I have to send £10.00 for each set of statements as I have 2 bank accounts with the same bank, or will I just have to pay £10.00 and receive statements for both?
Many Thanks

hi.
I am wanting to reclaim bank charges from 2 of my accounts there both with the same bank and there both current accounts. The thing i need to know is when you send your ten pound to get all your account history do you have to send ten pound per account or will i have to send 20 pound?
does anyone know the answer to this?
thank you0 -

Hi all, I'm a newbie, so forgive me if I sound silly!
I'm about to send off my letters requesting all the default charges under the data protection act. I have three accounts that I am requesting the information for. Two of them are at the same branch, one of which is now closed. The other one is at a different branch (same bank), and this one is also closed.
My questions are as follows:
1.) Can I send just one letter quoting the sort codes and account numbers, or do I need to send a separate letter for the account that was held at the different branch directly to them there?
2.) Do I need to send a separate £10 cheque for each account?
I somehow doubt that a single £10 cheque would do for all of them!
Your advice would be very much appreciated!!
Thanks a mil,
Leopardessx

The request is for your person so one cheque for all requests will be fine, and I would think you can ask for all three accounts together as well, even if one is with another branch.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

Hi and welcome. You dont sound silly, theres never a silly question if you dont know the answer to it.
As long as it is the same bank one £10 will do them all.
Good luck!!0
