DPA Letter - more than one account at once???

Hi,
I have been reading peoples messages for several months about reclaiming bank charges :T & I have now decided to do it myself, but have a question before sending off my letter:
I am currently with HSBC & have 4 accounts with them which include 2 credit cards. On line I am able to access my current account statements but not my credit cards, I will be sending them a letter requesting my last 6 yrs statements but my query is can I send off £10 & request 2 accounts info or is it £10 per account ?

If I have a credit card with a bank and a personal account, should I send a cheque for £20 (or two cheques for £10) to get details on both for step 1, and should I write two letters.... or does one letter do and a cheque for £10?

sorry - one other question - do I have to list the different account numbers - does that exist for credit cards?

does anyone know if you can just send one £10 cheque if you have two accounts in the same name with the same bank and get both lots of 6 years statements? Thanks

The SAR you are asking for should be worded so that you are asking for all data that a particular bank holds on you, therefore it's only one cheque required per bank, not per bank account.

Bekki, I had two accounts with RBS - sent one cheque for both accounts but the statements arrived seperately insode the 40 day period
