All, I am about to start the campaign against Barclays Bank which I am looking forward to. I have 2 questions.

I want to claim for 2 (no longer used as i have new bank) accounts that i used in the past, do i send a letter for each or will one letter cover both accounts?

Also, who does the cheque for the data protection act get made payable to?

If you have more than 1 account with the same bank,can you claim all the charges in 1 go i.e. a letter relating to account 00000 and account 11111 and a break down of each account?(i ALREADY HAVE MY STATEMENTS) Or do I need to send seperate letters for each account?

Yes I am claiming from YB on a joint account and my own account all in 1 go. Good luck

You have to make a separate claim for each account.

Did you just revise the letter and put account 0000 and 1111 and then list each one?
