Don't some people introduce Christmas elves into the house during advent to keep littlies on their best behaviour? I seem to remember hex did this and her boys realised they were evil spies and not lovely friends to play with0

Just in case anyone can help... I saw someone today wearing a fabulous hip-length belted cream cardigan... Stupidly I didn't stop her and ask her where she got it. Does anyone have any ideas? (OK so it probably won't suit me, but you know what it's like when you get an idea in your head!)0

We used to have an elf who lived in the chimney, a friend of my mums wrote a letter from the elf introducing himself and that he was looking out to see if they were good lol.
Carpet down, bed built, bedside cabinet built, wardrobe being built as I type.
Greenbee not sure, I'm having an Aran Cardigan made for me by one of the customers in the shop, she is even making it to fit my bad arm which is a lot shorter than my good oneBoiler pot £30.92/£10000 -
Evening all,
I have almost done my Christmas shopping all online before December too! Blimey!
I am hoping for a bit of advice from you matrixperts.
In the past, when I was either very flush, very silly or accepting it as a gift, I used to enjoy the Aveda Comforting Tea - it's so lovely to drink but also at £14.50 for 140g it is an extremely expensive treat of a drink.

I have done some research and found someone's recipe for the tea and it's, apparently, extremely nice too.
So, in true moneysaving style and for a Christmas gift for both my sister and friend, I am hoping to recreate the aforementioned tea and put into nice containers/jars as part of their Christmas present with a tea diffuser (in the shape of the Yellow Submarine!)
I have priced the ingredients with Holland and Barrett but am wondering if you lovely ladies (and gents) could recommend an alternative supplier of dried herbs etc.
If anyone else is interested this is the recipe that I found, I am assuming it was from a US website.
1 1/4 cup of peppermint
1 cup of liquorice root
1/8 cup of fennel
1/8 cup basil leaves
H&B only sell the peppermint and the fennel as teabags.
I would greatly appreciate any direction as I have no idea what company has a good reputation for this kind of thing!
Also any ideas where I could source some nice, cheap containers/jars too??!!
Cheers everyone, I'm off to update my diary which I am not really looking after as late.
Night, night!
