Thank you all for your kind wishes and useful advice. SIL operation went well and she is a bit more positive about having the bag. Just now trying to find really good ways to support them all.

All these titles are food for thought - I rather fancy The Matrix Marches On and then as we outgrow it we start others with different titles.
