Thank you matrix, I armed him with advice from the links provided and apparently they quickly changed their tune when he pointed out if they didn't reduce his hours that that would be his sick note an he'd be leaving right then. Although they still tried to make him work ten hours today he's out now.
I managed to leave my purse at work an I'm not back until Tuesday, silly me. Ah well a self imposed cheaper weekend although I'll have to break into the house money for metro travel to the theatre tomorrow unless it's include in my ticket. Must check as they used to, oooh yes up to two hours before and after performance. Brilliant that's saved £3.30HSBC CC - £3000 / £3000
Halifax CC - £1032.77 / £1032.77

Just had dinner - Brinjal Curry (I didn't know what it was till Geetha emailed me the recipe:rotfl:) but it is Aubergine Curry - talk about a cheap dish .............. and well, seriously yum:T:T

Sorry if this mucks up your spacing ladies but I can't for the life of me figure out how to post smaller - will get Mr F to have a look in the morning.
DS2 had a "Wellie Waddle" around the park today - so we are all a bit crispy around the edges despite "Factor Napalm" - face it the Scottish Skin is not bred for sunshine.
Off to put a sleepie toddler to bed and then a catch up.
Hope today finds you all ticket-boo and debt busting?

No holidays here - well we have 4th, 5th and 6th of June off so I suppose that counts ............. mind you our term finishes 28th June so its fine.
I would LOVE to do video sunflower - trouble is that as I am here on my own there is no-one to do the camera. Maybe I should get creative and do a skills swap in the summer - anyone fancy swapping filming for tuition???
John and I have been batting ideas around for picture at top of the blog around - and none of them are working so I guess my blog will just have to remain the "plain Jane" of those nominated. Everything else just looks too squashed and weird.
Back to the "drawing board"
Whew - just realised it is Friday again ................. and there are still a few pennies in my wallet. Just goes to show you that the habit of NSD's can still be pulled out of the hat.
Better get a wiggle on - DS1 off kayaking today and is very excited

MG, when putting pictures here from your blog you need to right click on the picture in the blog, choose copy image location, then in here choose the picture icon and paste the address you just copied and the picture comes smaller."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

MG, I edited my previous post, hope it makes sense.
Two interviews today, one over the phone at 10 am one face to face at 3 pm. I really want the latter one and it does't exclude going for the first one later. Sounds complicated but it is all in the big scheme of things."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Off to a family wedding today, what a glorious day for it.
Have a good weekend, folks. If you have a talent, use it in every which way possible. Don't hoard it. Don't dole it out like a miser. Spend it lavishly like a millionaire intent on going broke.
