Off for a sneaky look at facebook now

Well done Marru - jobs like buses for you now (none then three at once!)

Hot and tired here today but finished work (technically) for two weeks - am hoping to have a mixed weather pattern so I am encouraged to spend a few days doing schoolwork!

    Congrats Marru

Came home to dust all over the house :( have done some cleaning but need to do more. Why do men not understand that hoovering doesn't get rid of dust, you have to wash it off? So this weekend will involve cleaning, laundry, gardening and sorting out work paperwork before I go to see my dad... I have two weeks holiday, the first (bar two days) this year.

I think I'll have an early night with a book tonight, and make a start on my unpacking tomorrow. The mess is really getting me down :(

My approved food order arrived today :D 92 packs of cough sweets  so i don't expect to cough ever again :p, some nice fruit juices, organic squash and porridge oats, tinned lentils for when I'm feeling lazy and a few other bits. Not sure why they used a whole box to pack on 9-roll pack of loo paper though...

    Morning all

Waved Dh off on a week away with work about half an hour ago - going to be weird as its the first week we've spent apart in 18 years, have been apart for weekends but never a week.

Wm already on and trying to do a sweep through house while kids are still to sleepy/plugged into tv to notice and then off to do something with our day but not sure what yet.

My dear friends on the Matrix. I am sorry I haven't been around for a while.

My Dad died this morning at my house. As you can imagine, we are in bits. And there is a lot of stuff to sort out. Please, any spare vibes you can send us, would be gratefully received.

If you have a Father or Mother still around, go and hug them, kiss them and tell you that you love them.

Oh Crickett - I don't know what to say but didn't want to just read and run.

My thoughts are with you and your family. Do take time for yourself and remember that your furry babies will always be there for you.
