Hellooo peeps - sorry I have been missing in action.

Wednesday - I went to review the house with ma and pa - ma had booked an hour long appointment but the incompetents at the estate agents had only booked half an hour so we were rushed. Rushing isnt good and as a result pa got very shaky and he accidentally knocked an ornament off the windowsill into the sink which promptly broke:( He also managed to leave his toolbox at the house too. The house still had furniture in it despite us being told that it had been cleared - they had only removed two beds and cleared out the bedding from the airing cupboard. The bath aid that belongs to the council is still there despite them telling their solicitor that it had been removed:mad: Am really cross with the agents too because despite offers being made and accepted in February - they were still showing prospective purchasers around last month (dopey chap let slip and then tried to backtrack)

I confess to being a bit spendy yesterday - bought a couple of bras from Wilkos (really comfy they are and they flatten out the lumps). Then I had a bit of a spend in Ald* - then in town I went to MnS and spent money on some clothes in there but I did manage to save £14.50:j

Yesterday was the day I was attending the MnS workshop and I am pleased to say that I was one of the 6 chosen to go forward. Session 2 is on Monday afternoon and Session 3 is on Tuesday afternoon right before my mock interview so I will have to be suited and booted.

Today, I attended the group assessment with the jobcentre - I discovered that the qualification they were offering I did back in March. I was told that the job was a 16 week contract but that is incorrect as it could be as little as 2 weeks - purely to cover people who are on their summer hols. There is no job at the end of it either so at the moment MnS looks more promising.

Bravo Marru Hon - well done #itonlyworks

Just about to stuff our faces with enchiladas - and I must say they are looking (and smelling) pretty good. Not often I have my boys here on a Friday night so want to make the most of it.

Back with piccies once they are out of the oven
