    Good luck with the letter

Lucielle _ will did out some stuff later - but basically it is about desensitising the situation - so lots of stress reduction (spit held in mouth) n stuff like that.

Hi Guys. It sounds like the BH weekend is going well. I feel like I'm hanging on by my finger tips at the moment. Sleep is evading me as my mind is so restless. I can't go into it in a public arena, but all the problems revolve around the ex and money. I feel very out of control at the moment. There's a possibility of some financial help which I will find out about tomorrow - I feel sick thinking about it. I'm so nervous the decision will be negative.

On the positive side I am trying hard to focus on plans for the business. Hopefully I will be able to book an 'event' to attend at least once monthly. Dates are pencilled in for the following few months. The eldest is keen to help which I'm really chuffed about. I want to share this positive journey with him and show him what determination can achieve.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend all :)

Thank you :A Your kind words have made my eyes leak - that's where I'm at emotionally this week! It's a long time since I've cried so much. You are so right about this thread though. Everyone on here has helped me find my inner strength and use it to push me forward. I'm just tired and fed up of the negativity, but I know once it's resolved I can finally focus on me and my boys. Thank you again.

And probably a long time since you've needed to cry so much. Tears are a release in many ways and hopefully you are finding the whole process cathartic (or at least you will eventually).

Hope all goes well today xx

(((HUGS))) for Hopeful1...! Hope today is a good day for you lovely. We are all behind you with pink pom poms and big whacking sticks for ex-OH's!!

Morning Matrix! Trying to work out what I am going to feed my parents when they come and visit me in a couple of weeks time. Dad is really picky and allergic or intolerant to half the universe, so it is going to be trying. Very, very trying. Still, I have the list of what he will eat and what he won't eat, so that will assist matters considerably.

Today's plans are to do the food shopping, walk the dog and do a bit of tidying and cleaning around the house. I have choir practice tonight (which I really do not want to go to, but if I am to sing for my parents, then I had better get my a$$ to practice!!) so I don't have as much time as usual to play with.

So, off to get dressed and ready to take Dotty out for her first stroll. She was such a good girl last night. We have been putting her on her lead overnight (to avoid midnight wake ups and two tonne hounds trying to get into bed with us!) and last night was the first night she was off her lead. She was an angel. Let's hope she stays like that! :D

Have a great one Matrix. See you tomorrow!!

Hugs Hopeful - thinking about you and hope the universe sends the right decision today.
Sunny here today so maybe doing a bit more in the garden. Definitely like to avoid the bank holiday traffic!

    Have a good day everyone

    Morning All,
Claire: Sorry to hear about DS and phone bills - I'm glad those days are behind me!

    HopefuL: (((Hugs)))

I have rested and better rested this last week, slept for England and could still do with more:eek:Though I do feel a bit better. My hands are not as swollen but still very stiff and sore. I am returning to work tommorrow:mad:sadly no real choice on that. I have to return to work because to get back to my previous good place is going to be a long haul until the meds dose can be correct.

Still am a bit more positive and despite not really being able to afford it I am taking myself of to a charity plant sale shortly, need some herbs and a few other bits.
My thinking is lots of herbs, nice garden, a bit of retail therapy, a bit of ME time and a charity benefits - got to be a win win situation.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
