  • Good news fairy flew this way as well - my increase in hours at work has been accepted, and backdated to 1st Feb. A few more pounds to throw at the debts..yippee!

It means getting a mite more organised, but I think it's all doable.

    Moam
Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Just had another one of these PPI reclaim calls - the twelfth today BTW:eek: And I am registered by TPS BTW!

So when nice Indian Gentleman called "Robert Burns" (no really!!!!!:rotfl::rotfl:) wouldn't take no for an answer I resorted to the little known and under-appreciated "a-wima-way" strategy.

When he goes home tonight to his family - I wonder what the conversation will be about mad Scottish women singing at him ;)

Yes, I spoke to 'Steve' with a very unBritish accent last week...i will be known as the extremely agitated woman who keeps taking names to make a complaint. I quite fancy giving your a-wima-way tactic a go though. Something else to embarrass my eldest with (wait til he sees his naked photos too) :D

Naked toddler pics... One of the photos on display at my DBs wedding was of nim, me and my cousin all under the age of three sitting on the grass naked.... My cousin threatened revenge on my brother, as he was the one who was captured full frontal :rotfl::rotfl:

Curtain fabric has been ordered, and the most urgent of tomorrow's work done so I can babysit for the major part of the working day. Let's hope it's not too cold, as we'll be outside again, although I only have the baby, so hopefully she'll sleep while I get some work done in a cafe for part of the time!

Hmm, I'm not convinced on the new look, it's too narrow, I like the nice 'stretchy' look (which I changed back to as soon as humanly possible!). Seems like a lot of wasted space on the screen to me.

Oh well, another day, another dollar, off to the office!
