Holiday here at MFinThree HQ - DS1 still asleep, but DS2 is already up making the most of his day.

Got a big Frog to chomp so will be back soon as I have gobbled it up.

Grinning like a cheshire cat - now I need to fret about costs of moving, can I really afford it....

Negotiations are taking place over the white goods (as I need these anyway) and the sideboard - I know that I need one and as time goes on I can sell this one as it is a 1950's teak which is in vogue:D Exciting and scary times ahead.

    Woohoo Horace!!!

Good on you getting outside MG. Hope the boys are having a lot of fun.

I am still in bed and my PJs, just having a nice rest. (And trying to sort that sofabed frog that's still lurking).

    Nice day everyone!

I was trying to be mystic meg - yes I have the house negotiations are ongoing re white goods, a single bed and a sideboard - a single bed for the guest bedroom. No idea when I will move in as the survey needs to be done and solicitors contacted.

Back from seeing the employment people from the council - a section that helps disabled and depressed people find work. So some support there plus they have said that I will get council tax benefit still which is a weight off my shoulders.

In other news, I have just had a visit from the postman with a parcel - it is a full size tester box of Special K Strawberry Clusters from Glamour magazine - usually I get Johnsons stuff to test but now I have edibles:D

Don't forget freegle for stuff for the house once you're in Horace :)

Fingers crossed everyone decides to move quickly and you're soon in your nice cosy house.

Brilliant news Horace, now the "fun" really starts!

I'm now hoping that all my house-moving problems have been ironed out and that DD and I will be definitely be in our new pad in 2 weeks' time!! Just need to keep packing.....

Erk..packing..I need to start. Need to get rid of some stuff and need to sell stuff. Just ordered some Argos and B&Q vouchers from Consumerpulse as that will keep me in a freeview box and possibly some paint. I cannot wait to get my hands on that pantry:D Truth be known I wanted the pantry all along although I do love the house.

Scary but fun times ahead - need a job more than ever now. I haven't forgotten Freegle for some things as well as the charity shop. I might be able to get some gardening equipment from Freegle as I would like a cylinder mower (one that is powered by me).

Need to find a man with a van to shift my furniture such as it is. I can move some of it in my car but that means doing several trips. Maybe that is how I will start - little trips and then one largish trip with a couple of chaps and a van. God, I hate being skint.

I have a number for a very reliable removal guy. Let me know if you want it.
