I had one of those blaaah moments at work today so had a sneak peek of job adverts up north, no not in Scotland - further up. Found one interesting but it looks like they want someone quick. Well I shall put my CV in, you never know. And as they want the CV in english I don't even have to translate it, just tweak. :)

My black dog has stuck its teeth in my backside. I am dragging on but with considerably slower pace than without that weight pulling me back. I don't know really what to do. Was thinking on going to see GP but all they can really do is to either give more meds or try offer me some stress relief methods. I wish I could see my acupuncturist every week but it is not possible a) logistically and b) financially. :(

Marru - can you find the time to meet a friend somewhere for a coffee and a chat? Sometimes a change of scenery, company and time out can help stop it before it's too late.

OH is annoying me by being disorganised so I'm combatting it by getting fresh air, exercise and company during the day and working in the evenings in front of the fire... And the socialising is really helping.

Off to locate my work laptop and try to work out a spreadsheet that will do what I want...

I have narrowed down two new possible culprits for stomach cramps - one is definitely not an allergy because I've been tested for it previously but it's more serious than previously thought. If it's two, I have a real problem so I need to go back to specialist hospital and request more allergy testing.

Its good news that you have narrowed it down Gemmzie - it gives everyone something to work with going forward.

Agree with the socialising and the getting out into the fresh air / daylight every day .............. so far my moods are a little more stable ( I had a pretty bad couple of winters)

Everyone back at school today - so must get a wiggle on and do packed lunches and letters.

Have you asked your doctor whether you can have sessions of acupuncture on the NHS. They are offered here, so could be worth asking?

Heehee, I was just imagining Prince Charles with a sex change Claire :rotfl: Brightened up my morning!
    Good luck to your DS!

Just about to go with OH to the eye hospital, as he has raised eye pressure. I hope it's all okay as he needs his eyesight desperately for work - well and obviously for life generally! I hate to think about him getting glaucoma :(

I have a mountain to climb with work, a big deadline target. But one day closer to time off next week. OMG, bring it on!!

Gemmzie - that's good news at least you have identified some issues, they sound serious though - I really hope you're okay. ((((Hugs))))

Greenbee - hope we get to see some pics of your house at some point :)

    Dora - fantastic, cheers!

Hope everyone has a good day!
